A Superb George III Demi Lune Satinwood Commode

The top with a central inlayed double fan of etched feathers inside a band of bellflowers, with garlands of coloured flowers tied with ribbons, the edge inlayed with bellflowers and patrea on a boxwood ground, cross banded with kingwood, the frieze inlayed with C Scroll and bellflowers, above a central painted panel flanked with garlands of flowers, inside opposing urns with sprays of flowers and anthemion’s the doors at each end inlayed with classical urns, resting on turned lotus leaf carved feet.
